Other than restoring and converting your semaphores into the early ribbed version, we are now also making a complete kit so you can do it yourself and save some $$! This can only be done with smooth SWF semaphores, not the SHO kind. Please make sure your semaphores have the 111953021B, 111953021D or 111953021F part number on the back or our kit will not work. With this kit we supply: - Correct lenses - Ribbed covers - Internal arms (unique to ribbed semaphores and necessary to make the conversion) - Long internal brass bulbholders - Cover screws and nuts - Hinge pins - Rubber bumpers (longer than later style) -  With our conversion kit, your semaphores will be identical to the early style. The only difference will be the number stamped on the back of the housing! But… who can see that? Remember we are also offering restoration and conversion services for semaphores.
