We ship over 97% of our orders from this location. In some special cases we can ship the parts directly from our small warehouse in Europe or directly from one of our suppliers.

What shipping company do you use? We ship the most of our packages using USPS. We also offer UPS shipping though. You can get more information here.

What is the usual processing time? Usual processing time is 1-2 days. There can be delays though. If there is any particular issue you will be contacted same or next business day after placing your order.

How long does it take until I receive my package? This depends entirely on the shipping method you choose. It is always the usual processing time + the shipping time.

Do you accept RETURNS? Yes, we will take any defective part back and issue a full refund. We will also take non-defective returns but there will be a 15% processing fee. We do not accept returns for special orders. NO RETURNS AFTER 45 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE FOR EITHER DEFECTIVE OR NON-DEFECTIVE PARTS. THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS MADE TO THESE RULES. PLEASE UNDERSTAND WE NEED TO BE EQUAL TO ALL OUR CUSTOMERS. THEY ARE ALL IMPORTANT AS YOU ARE.

Can I trace my package? Sure, we will supply tracking information for every package we send to you.

Can I use my own FedEx or UPS account? Yes, but you will need to contact us to make the arrangements.

Can I pick up my parts personally? Pick up is possible, but please contact us with pleny of time so we can arrange the meeting.

Do you have a store I can visit? No, we are only taking online and telephone orders right now. There is no physical store to visit.
