Reproduction solid chrome hood handle for Split Beetle from 1949 up to October 1952. Excellent quality, same size as the original counterpart. After many requests from customers who were tired of repeatedly re-polishing their dull aluminum hood handles before every show, we decided to reproduce this part in a different material: pot metal. This allows us to chrome the handle properly, ensuring a lifetime of bright, lasting finish. The bottom of the handle carries the correct early VW logo, just like the original.
