VW Split Beetle Brake Adjustment Screw (up to 1957). OE-style brake shoe adjuster (star screw) that sets precise shoe-to-drum clearance for firm pedal feel and even braking. Correct early pattern for Split & Oval models through ’57, front and rear. Hardened steel with corrosion protection; clean threads and apply light anti-seize at install. Direct replacement accessed through the backing-plate/drum slot.
