We are very glad to present top-notch quality fenders, deep-drawn and stamped on real cast toolings in no fewer than 8 strikes (plus the headlight bowls). We offer them for Oval and Split Window Beetles – yes, you read that correctly: Split Window Beetle!
We use the correct metal thickness and press them with the proper radius. We reproduced the authentic “hump” next to the headlight bowl and the correct “bump” near the running board, taking great care to ensure the flat on the returning edge is exactly as original.
Countless hours were invested in the design of the headlight bowl, which has been assembled exactly as Volkswagen did back in the day, complete with the headlight wire tube in place.
Each fender is individually packed in its own protective box for maximum safety and easy shipping.
We respected the original specifications, including the exact dimensions and the correct round hole for the horn grill.
