The set includes seven pieces: trim for the hood (short version), both doors, front quarter panels, and rear quarter panels — covering all exterior sides with precision.
These moldings are rolled, not stamped, exactly as they were produced in the early 1950s — a key detail that ensures authenticity.
They feature a non-anodized polished aluminum finish, faithfully replicating the look of original pre-1953 trim. (The anodizing process was only introduced in 1953 during the Oval era.)
This kit fits Beetles built between April 1951 and October 1952, which featured a short hood trim and the Wolfsburg Crest on the hood (crest sold separately).
