Kaefer-Nostalgie is introducing the ultimate perfect reproduction front apron up to 1960. After several months of hard development work it's a pleasure to provide a master piece like this item, now, you might be wondering what the difference between our apron and an aftermarket one… Well, we could say, big differences: 1) Precision stamped, one punch/one piece, without rework; 2) Hood metal channel is already bent and welded, forget about order this part separately… you will receive it with some damage, or maybe your workshop staff doesn't have the knowledge to complete this work perfectly; 3) Rear valance will be shipped Not-Welded, why? Sometimes, your car needs a particular welding to fit this part correctly; 4) KN had some complains about length/height measures in aftermarket pieces, so we decide to create a new mold using the only NOS part we had and test it in our own Beetles. Look at the pictures showing them in bare metal... as they are sold. Nothing to hide!
