OE-style steel cap that presses into the front hub to seal the wheel bearings—keeping grease in and water/road grit out. Correct for VW Type 1 Beetle up to 1965 (king/link-pin front end, drum brakes). Corrosion-resistant finish and rolled lip for a snug, rattle-free fit. Install with a soft mallet, seating evenly; a light smear of grease helps.
